Being Recipient Minded

Why would it be important to be “recipient minded” and what on earth does that mean? To be recipient minded means you have the others persons interest in mind. To Be recipient minded you need to remember who you are talking to and keep their point of view in your peripheral. You could go a long way by putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. But in order to do this you need to listen well. Realize we are all created differently and each person alive has value in their own way. Figure out what it is you are trying to communicate as the bottom line. How would you want to receive what it is you are communicating if someone were confronting you?
