Focus on Main Things
I am finally back from my road trip. I spent a lot of focused time thinking about two things – our clients’ needs and our strategy to meet them. The following words are reshaping the way our company is structured.
Connect every activity to how it impacts our client’s experience. Know our strategy. Our company must be built in a way that strengthens its pipelines to our clients’ vault. Too many people are deceived that getting a job done is ultimately what matters. This common deception leaves many people scratching their heads and pointing fingers on why they lose projects to competitors that are “less qualified”.
Know our strategy to enter the vault – understand why our customer buys and deliver your services protecting that. If you are unsure what to do and are too afraid to ask ,just start by focusing on what you could get yelled at about. If it causes a sharp emotional response, its probably pretty important to the other side.
