How do you provide full, nationwide service within a growing company located in a few select cities?  Resicom hires experts in their specific field and positions them to share their knowledge with the entire team to create a team of experts. An example of team-wide expertise is the (Client) Window Project. Painters, flooring technicians and carpenters were all learning together on site at the same time with the focus being on getting a repeatable process with set procedures instead of just individual skills.  Collaboratively, the teams worked together with a lead technician but together the team created the steps that would be followed to complete the window replacement. The knowledge gained enabled a painter to learn techniques to systematically change out the windows during the assigned rollout.
